Hi, I’m Paul Thometz.

I have spent my life creating buildings and environments that are impactful and exciting. It is my passion and my calling. As an architect, project manager and real estate developer, I enjoy all aspects of bringing significant additions of the built environment to life. From ideation to construction completion, from concept development to building occupancy, from excavation to innovation, I excel in grasping the “Big Picture” and executing on the smallest details.

My Approach

Strong Leadership

Successful projects are driven by strong leaders with a clear vision of the project goals and a clear grasp on the process to achieve them.

Build the A-Team

Careful research and selection of the design and construction team members is critical to putting in place the best group of professionals to successfully execute the project.

No project is executed by a single individual. It takes a team of smart, driven people with specific knowledge and skills to drive a project from inception through completion. I believe successful projects are the result of a cohesive team with a clear vision and strong communication.

Communication

Clearly communicating one expectations and goals for every individual on the team and then regularly monitoring progress toward those goals.

Meticulous Planning

There is a saying, “Plan the work and work the plan”. Development and construction projects are infinitely complicated and without a detailed road map they can go sideways leaving the Owner in a bad position.
