San Diego, California; A 16 story corporate headquarters building for Sempra Energy delivered on a build-to-suit basis including full core & shell, parking, sitework and interior build out.
This 325,000 sf tower had a construction budget of approximately $125 million and included 4 levels of below grade parking, full service cafeteria, conference facilities and fitness center. The project achieved a LEED Gold certification.
Cubic Corporation Headquarters
San Diego, California; A 250,000 SF corporate headquarters campus for Cubic Corporation delivered on a build-to-suit basis including full core & shell, parking, sitework and interior build out.
This campus included two 3 story buildings and 687 parking spaces on 13 acres and included a full service cafeteria, conference facilities, fitness center, basketball court, enhanced landscaping and covered parking with photovoltaic panels.
