Denver, CO; A complete renovation and repositioning of a 2 story retail mall in downtown Denver. This $18,000,000 project was completed in 2011 including new exterior façade, interior finishes, lighting and signage.
Park Place Irvine
Irvine, CA; A mixed use retail and restaurant development totaling 125,000 square feet at Jamboree Blvd. and Michelson Dr. in Irvine. The project was a $4,500,000 major renovation of the center including new landscaping, facades, signage, site amenities and hardscape.
Also included was $5,000,000 renovation and reconstruction of an existing cafeteria at the Park Place Mixed Use campus. This renovation included all new finishes, MEP systems, kitchen equipment, furniture, art work and graphics.
Corporate Avenue
Hayward, California; Masterplanning and renovation of an existing 3 building campus that included manufacturing, office and laboratory space. Full Tenant Improvements for 3 new tenants including an Amazon Data Center, Lab/Manufacturing Tenant and Office Headquarters
